Mr. David Cook will always be a happy memory of my teenage years when I became a friend to his daughters, Cheryl and Sandy. I spent many carefree days and nights at his home as we drove him up a tree with a our giggly antics. I have so many funny sayings and reactions that I still laugh about and repeat today that were all part of Mr. David's patient and somewhat bemused conversations with us girls as we were growing up. He was a strong, protective, smart and funny man who will always live on in the hearts of his family and those who love him. Rest in Peace dear Mr. David. Donna Burke
