Ruth "Willow" (Bower) Persing

Ruth “Willow” Persing, 36, of Berwick was taken away unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident on August 20, 2024. She was born on January 26, 1988 in Berwick, a daughter of Georgene (Benjamin) Bower of Berwick and the late Rowland Bower.

She graduated from Berwick High School class of 2006. Willow was a CNA and loved greatly by her coworkers and patients. She enjoyed going on bike rides and spending time with her family and friends.

Willow is survived by her mother, as well as her husband Frank Persing, two children; Quintin and girlfriend Caydence, Blaise all of Berwick, and grandson Preston. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Willow was preceded in death by her father.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1024 N. Market St., Berwick. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
