Rita L. (Ryman) Wenner

Rita L. Wenner, of Wapwallopen, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. She was born November 16, 1926 in Wapwallopen, a daughter of the late Sterling E. and Blanche “Good” Ryman.

Rita attended school in Wapwallopen. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing and especially her flower garden.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Roland E. “Chip” Wenner who passed December 28, 2000 and a great grandson Casey Crawford who passed in 2002 and a brother Allen Ryman and two sisters Marian Ridall and Doris Cragle.

She is survived by a daughter Gwen M. and her husband Dale Moyer of Nescopeck, two granddaughters Jolinda and her husband Ronald Smith Jr. of Wapwallopen and Kimberly and her husband Bryan Crawford and three great grandchildren Alyssa Smith, Trystan Crawford and Payton Crawford and a sister Evelyn Smith of Pond Hill.

Services will be Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00 am at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 1024 North Market St. Berwick with Rev. Dr. Jane Hess officiating.
