Raymond D Featherman

Raymond D. Featherman, 59, of Berwick, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital.

He was born Sept. 30, 1964, in Berwick, a son of the late Lawrence and Ruth (Brown) Featherman.

He graduated from Berwick High School. Raymond worked for A Tree Farm, Berwick Lighting, and Brent Mills. He enjoyed camping, working on cars, and most of all being with family. If you knew Raymond, you would describe him for his kindness, friendliness to people, and his love for animals. 

Raymond is survived by two sisters: Violet Phillips, husband, Clarence, Cindy Fowler, husband, Norman; five brothers: Harry Featherman, Lawrence Featherman, Carl Featherman, wife, Peggy, Timothy Featherman, wife, Sue, and Gary Featherman, wife, Debbie; as well as his fiancée, Barbara Hannah; sister-in-law, Vicki Featherman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, as well as three brothers: John, Howard, and Nelson Featherman.

Services will be Monday, June 26, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1024 N. Market St., Berwick, with Chaplain Mike Delp officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Roselawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service.
