Mary K. (McHenry) Dietterick

               Mary K. “Mickey” Dietterick, 82, of Berwick passed away Saturday August 1, 2015 at her residence. She was born February 3, 1933 in Berwick, a daughter of the late Frank and Iona (Shotwell) McHenry.

               She attended Berwick High School and last worked at Sub City. She loved gardening, making crafts, ceramics, crocheting, flowers, and taking rides in the country with her husband.

               Mary is survived by her husband Paul L. “Louey” Dietterick, with whom she married on November 8, 1950, as well as three children; Karen L. Yerges and husband Kenneth of Bloomsburg, Frank L. Dietterick and wife Denise of Selinsgrove, and Stephen B. Dietterick and Jennifer Parrish of Gainsville, Virginia. Mary had five grandchildren; Jennifer, Kenneth, Wesley, Michael, Alexis, plus seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Vinnie Dee Hippensteel of Berwick.

               Services will be Tuesday August 4, 2015 at 11:00 am at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home, 1024 Market St. Berwick with Rev. Dr. Lee Barnhardt officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut St. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service.
