Lee A. Benjamin Sr., 60, of Berwick passed away unexpectedly Monday May 18, 2020 at his residence. He was born July 1, 1959 in Berwick, a son of the late Elden and Shirley (Wise) Benjamin.
He graduated from Columbia-Montour Vocational School class of 1978. In earlier years he owed a car repair shop with this brother Eldie. Lee had a passion for racing, working on cars, and most of all watching his grandchildren wrestle. He also enjoyed cooking, going to auctions and flea markets, and having long conversations with his family and friends.
Lee is survived by Roxanne (Force) Benjamin, mother of his three children; Moriah M. Benjamin and partner John Schuler of Beach Haven, Lee Benjamin Jr. and fiancé Amber Travelpiece of Berwick, Danielle Benjamin and partner Nathan Carr of Berwick, six grandchildren; Austin, Reese, Karlie, Brayden, Braxtyn and Tyson, brother Terrie Benjamin and partner Lorraine Hidlay of Berwick, and sister Rebecca Beck and husband Brad of Berwick, nieces and nephews; Mindy and Tom Edkin, Tiffany and Mike Hidlay, Kiersten and Jason Whitebread all of Berwick, long time employee and close friend Tim Donohue, As well as his long time, four-legged companions, Tony and Stinker.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers Darrel (Darren) and Elden Jr. (Eldie) Benjamin.

A gathering to celebrate his life will be held Saturday May 23, 2020 at 2:00PM at the former Berwick Armory, 201 East 3rd St, Berwick, PA 18603.
