Joyce M (Harman) Ash

Joyce M. Ash, 89, of Mifflinville passed away on Wednesday December 4, 2024 at Sunset Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 16, 1935 in Berwick, a daughter of the late Lee and Mary (Artman) Harman.

She graduated from Berwick High School and worked for a short time at Briar Knitting in Mifflinville, until joining her husband running Ash’s Auto Service in Mifflinville. Joyce was a member of Fowlersville United Methodist Church where she actively helped out. She enjoyed cooking and baking.

Joyce is survived by her son John L. Ash wife Kathy of Elysburg, two granddaughters Jillian Johnson husband Jeremiah, Jaimee Olerta husband Dylan, and six great-grandchildren: Drew, Mia, Lucy, Alice, Leo, Isla.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Ronald Ash, who passed away on September 18, 2000, two brothers Paul Harman, Lloyd Harmon, and sister LeAnna Moore.
