Dorothy Colleen (Shaffer) Linsinbigler

Dorothy Colleen Linsinbigler, 95, of Berwick, passed away on Saturday February 15, 2025 at Glenbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born September 23, 1929 in Wharton, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Delbert and Dorothy (Howard) Shaffer.

She graduated from Berwick High School. Dorothy enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, playing the lottery, gambling, and doing yard work. She worked part time at Statewide Furniture.

Dorothy is survived by two daughters Carol and her husband Tom Oliver of SC, Sandy Linsinbigler and her companion Noel Robbins of Nescopeck, grandson Jeremy Robbins and his wife Penny, and two great grandchildren Preston and Bailee Robbins. As well as nephew Marty Cain and companion Ann Shetler of Florida, and two great-nephews Travis and Ryan Cain.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Donald Allen Linsinbigler, who passed away on February 28, 2020, and sister Isabel Cain.

Graveside services will be held Friday February 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street.
