Dolores L (Sorber) Boston

Dolores L. Boston, 91, of Berwick, passed away on Monday February 17, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born January 2, 1934, in Muhlenburg, PA, a daughter of the late George W. and Freda (Brader) Sorber.

She worked at the Berwick Hospital. Dolores enjoyed watching TV, doing crossword puzzles, going camping, and spending time with her family.

Dolores is survived by two children: Charlene A. Packey husband William of Berwick, William H. Boston wife Kimberly of Nescopeck, ten grandchildren: Heather, Amanda, Amy, Jessica, Holly, Karen, Ashley, Johanna, Eric, and Garret, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and three sisters: Shirley Balaz of Shickshinny, Loletta Hortop of Shickshinny, and Margo Beach of Lititz.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Henry Boston, who passed away May 1995.

Services will be Monday February 24, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Berwick Christian Church, 701 E. 5th St., Berwick with her pastor, Rev. Coffey officiating. Burial will follow at Elan Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until time of service.
