Dianne Joyce (Herald) Force

Dianne Joyce (Herald) Force, 63, of Berwick, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones. She lost her battle with cancer.

She was born Dec. 29, 1960, in Troy, New York, a daughter of Ethel (Hanson) Burek and the late William Herald.

She attended Delta Utah Schools and worked as a seamstress. She enjoyed making Native American clothing as well as her love for crafting. She loved cruising with her family.

Dianne was preceded in death by her father, William Herald; three sisters: Sharon Bowen, Donna Dupree, and Gale Bowen; and grandson, Daxton Street.

Dianne is survived by her mother, Ethel Burek, husband, Michael; husband, Joseph Kowaleski, whom she married June 2010; four children: Cody Byrd, wife Lisa, Heather Becker, husband, Chris, Brian Billings, wife, Brittany, Bridget Billings; and two step-children; Justin Kowaleski, wife, Tish, and Tiffany Kowaleski; as well as two sisters; Linda Maiello, husband, Lou, Sandra Bowen; two brothers: Boe Bowen, wife, Patty, Carl Bowen; 29 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1024 N. Market St., Berwick. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
