Terry Dale Moore

Terry Dale Moore Sr., 73, of Berwick Pa., passed away, Monday September 5, 2016 at Mountain City Health and Rehab in Hazelton Pa; where he has been since October 2011.
Terry was born April 13, 1943, in Berwick, a son of the late Clifford D. and Mary (Mills) Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald and Larry Moore.
He was a graduate of Berwick High School. He retired from Berwick Country Club working in building maintenance. He previously worked as a machinist at Maxi Manufacturing, and Catawissa Valve and Union. Terry was a life member and longtime treasurer of Berwick Archery Club, long time director of Fishing Creek Sportsmen’s Club, and life time social member of Nescopeck Fire Co and Piercing Arrow Bow Hunters Club. He enjoyed bow hunting, fishing and anything to do with nature. Terry was a very caring husband, father and son.
Terry is survived by his wife the former Tammy Chik whom he married on  September 22, 1990, two sons, Terry D. Moore Jr and his companion Stephanie Blannard of Richmond Virginia and Daniel D. Moore at home.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Terry’s family would like you to remember Terry as he was before the terrible disease, Lewey Body Dementia took him away.
