Susan J (Johnson) Sheridan

Susan J. Sheridan, 72 of E. 6th St. Berwick died Tuesday March 22, 2016 at her home. She had been in failing health for the last several months. 

She was born August 6, 1943 in Hazleton and was a daughter of the late William S. and Mary Kleckner Johnson. 

Susan worked at Wise Foods, for 35yrs, as a credit administrator retiring in 2013.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Berwick where she also was a Deacon.

Susan was an avid reader and loved to watch sports of all kinds.  She also loved her dogs Coco and Ruby. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son at birth. 

She is survived by her husband Eugene "Cord" Sheridan, a daughter Melissa Learn and her husband David Macekura, of Wilkes Barre, a step son Jeffrey B. Sheridan, a step daughter Sloan E. Sheridan, grandson Kevin P. Sheridan, and a sister Polly L. Remley and her husband Donald, all of Berwick. 

At the request of the deceased there will be no services.  Burial will be in Pine Grove Walnut St., Berwick.  Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
