Frederick A. Craig, 81, of Berwick passed away July 7, 2016 at Geisinger-Bloomsburg Health Care. He was born October 17, 1934 in Plains, PA, a son of the late John and Beatrice (Atkinson) Craig.

He graduated from Sacred High School and a 1956 graduate of Temple University where he received his Pharmacy Degree. Fred owned and operated his own Pharmacy in Berwick for over 40 years. Fred was a member of St. Joseph Church and Knights of Columbus. He was a lifetime member of NRA. He enjoyed spending time with his cat KK.

Frederick is survived by two daughters Barbara Craig of New Brunswick and Bridget Craig of Norristown, two grandchildren Leigh and Jayson Craig, and a daughter-in-law Tracie Craig of Mt. Top. He is the last surviving member of his family.

Frederick was preceded in death by his first wife Magdalen Atkinson who passed away in 1985, and his second wife Geraldine Pizzi who passed away in 1990, son Jack Craig who passed away May 2011, two brothers John and Leo Craig, and sister Beatrice Jane Cawley.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Church, 721 Monroe St, Berwick, PA 18603 with Father Dennis G Dalessandro officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Plains. Family will receive friends Monday July 11, 2016 at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1024 Market St. Berwick from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Tuesday at the church from 9:00 am till time of service.
