Etta (Sis) L. (Fisher) Yutko

Etta (Sis) L. Yutko, 67, of Mifflinville passed away June 15, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. She was born January 5, 1950 in at her home in Danville, a daughter of Janet (Karns) Fisher and the late Eugene Fisher.

She graduated from Bloomsburg High School class of 1968. Sis enjoyed reading, crocheting, gardening, and listening to music. She was an auxiliary member of VFW Post 804.

Etta is survived by her husband Joel Sobolesky whom she married December 22, 2003, daughter Kelly Roberts and husband John, step-children Misty Sobolesky and partner Myron Fisher, and Megan Sobolesky, brother Nicholas Fisher and wife Mary, sister Geraldine Norris husband Randy, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Sis was preceded in death by her father as well as brother Harry Fisher.

Services will be Monday June 19, 2017 at 11:00 am at the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1024 Market St., Berwick with Pastor David Rosenberger officiating. Burial will follow at Mifflinville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
