Doyle Dean Myers

Doyle Dean Myers, 81, of Berwick passed away Wednesday November 1, 2017 at Elmcroft of Berwick. He was born January 15, 1936 in Benton, a son of the late Josiah J. Myers and Marguerite (Mingus) Doty.

He attended Benton High School and then serviced in the United States Army working in the Signal Corp Metrological Society from November 1953 until November 1956. Doyle owned Myers Gifts, and worked as a computer programmer for the State of Pennsylvania. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Berwick and the Berwick Rotary. He loved his dogs.

Doyle is survived by his step-sister Kay Kimberlin of Boulder City, Nevada and several nieces and nephews.
Doyle was preceded in death by his parents as well as his wife the former Martha Boyer who passed away July 15, 2014.
Services will be Saturday November 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at the First United Methodist Church, 200 N. Market St., Berwick with Pastor Susan Knorr officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
