Connie H (Hottenstein) Burke

       Connie H. Burke 72, of Walnutport Pa. went to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 19, 2015, at the Lehigh Valley Health Network Hospice, in Allentown Pa. 18103.

Connie was born on April 19, 1943, in Berwick Pa., a daughter of the late Daniel and Ruth (Conner) Hottenstein.

She was a graduate of Central Columbia High School. Connie worked as assistant Branch Manager for Susquehanna Bank. She enjoyed traveling and visited many great sites of the country, like the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Redwood National Park. She particularly enjoyed Cruises, traveling about ten times, she went to the Caribbean’s, Alaska and through the Panama Canal to Hawaii, She enjoyed spending time with her family.  

Connie is survived by her husband James Burke whom she married on August 22, 1969, also two sons Timothy Burke of Walnutport and Todd Burke of Palmerton Pa. A sister Lois Smith and her husband Tom of Surprise Arizona a brother Daniel Hottenstein of Mifflinville Pa.

Services will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 am, from the James L. Hinckley Jr. Funeral Home 1024 N. Market St. Berwick Pa. 18603, with Brian Haas, of Christ Church officiating. Burial will follow at Mifflinville, Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 am till time of services. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice at 2166 South 12th Street Allentown Pa. 18103.
